This my fourth year teaching at Rhode Street School and my first year teaching Year 2 students.
A challenge that I have taken on with a positive attitude and a very open mind. I have and will continue to learn and grow as a Junior Teacher and hope to inspire a younger generation of learners.
I will use this Appraisal to document my progress this year both as a teacher and a person highlighting my strengths and acknowledging my weaknesses to work on. There will be a few challenges as I haven't taught this year level before but I'm sure the rewards and light bulb moments will out weigh those.
