Learning Goals for 2015

·        To advance my teaching in terms of professional development  - New Entrant

o   Professional readings

o   Professional development courses - Mathematics

 

·        To have 100% student achievement in Literacy and Numeracy for Year 2

o   Students at Reading age or above

o   Students at or above for Writing

o   Students at Stage 4/5 for Numeracy

 

How to achieve my personal goals:

·        Keep up to date with current and relevant literature

·        Enrol in courses suited to my learning needs

·        Converse with colleagues  - Sarnia/Sam

·        Personal research

 

How to achieve student goals:

·        Keep up to date with current and relevant literature

·        Consistently monitor, track , assess and feedback on student work

·        Identify specific learning needs of students and cater for them

·        Ensure students are involved in writing , reading and maths at least 4/5 times a week

·        Regular whanau communication
